PILATES on MAT: SMALL GROUP with max. 4 participants

Whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, these intimate classes, limited to just four participants, are designed to help you feel stronger, more flexible, and truly refreshed.

With expert guidance in a supportive and encouraging environment, you’ll build strength, improve flexibility, and leave feeling rejuvenated.

Each 1 hour class includes:

  • A quick warm-up to prepare your body.

  • 45 minutes of Pilates mat exercises focused on core strength, alignment, and overall fitness.

  • 15 minutes of stretching and relaxation to ensure you finish the session feeling balanced and at ease.

You’ll be provided with everything you need for the class, including a mat and Pilates equipment. Please come in comfortable sportswear, bring a bottle of water and a small towel. No shoes are required; we’ll exercise in socks. (If possible, non-slip socks are recommended for better grip.)
